X Roofing and Solar, a leading solar and roofing sales company, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated sales associate to join our expanding Field Sales team. Our door-to-door sales representatives engage with homeowners to discuss opportunities to save money and lower their electricity bills. We will train you from the ground up to take advantage of our competitive pay structure and industry-leading career path.
We consistently have a sale-to-install time of 4-7 days, with same-day site surveys and weekly payouts. You will also compete for various incentives, such as cash bonuses, merch, and high-ticket prizes like a Rolex watch.
Responsibilities
– Conduct door-to-door sales and marketing activities to promote solar energy products
– Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
– Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding customers through the decision-making process
– Negotiate contracts and terms with potential clients to secure sales
Experience
– No sales experience needed! Must be coachable
– Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base, but is not required
– Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
