Director of Solar Operations for Xando Energy: Leading with Integrity, Grit, and Hunger for Success!
Location: On-site, Fort Myers, Florida
Required: Proven track record of at least 5 years in successfully growing and managing operations for a reputable solar company
Salary: $150,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (OTE $200,000+ annually plus long-term incentives)

Were growing fast and need a powerhouse like you to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will be crucial in supporting our rapid growth and ensuring the productivity and effectiveness of our operations! Key responsibilities include:
- Distributor and Manufacturer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and manufacturers.
- Negotiate terms to ensure products are always available on time.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on product availability, pricing trends, and new technologies.
- Provide insights to guide our purchasing and inventory strategies.
- Supply Chain Logistics:
- Oversee supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Optimize logistics for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Management of Key Departments and Daily Head Office Operations:
- Oversee the project management department and understand installation processes.
- Lead head office operations as the point person internally for key decision-making.
- Track KPIs to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Credit Accounts Management:
- Work with the accounting team to manage supplier credit accounts.
- Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Budget Creation and Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage budgets for installation, fleet, and operations.
- Monitor spending and financial performance to stay within budget.
- Operational Strategy:
- Align operational strategies with company goals and sales objectives.
- Support the expansion of operations into new territories.
- Process Improvement:
- Work with the sales team to enhance operational processes and efficiencies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction:
- Maintain high standards of quality across all operations.
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, addressing issues promptly.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular audits.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze key operational KPIs and generate reports.
- Use data to drive continuous improvement in our operations.
