Duties & Responsibilities

  • Willing to train the right person
  • Monday – Thursday work week – 4 x 10 hour days(when possible) with occasional opportunity for Overtime
  • $22.00-$31.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Annual performance bonus
  • 2 weeks PTO. Accrued on a weekly basis

  • Prioritize safety and proactively follow safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean job site / vehicles
  • Complete Job Site Assessments daily and participate in safety meetings with all crew members upon arrival to job site
  • Provide own tools for day to day tasks.
  • Maintain company provided tools used for installation in proper working condition
  • Communicate respectfully and clearly with all customers, vendors, and team members
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work safely in accordance with OSHA and Company safety standards
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of material weighing up to 75 pounds
  • High level of comfort working on roofs and at heights
  • Interest in stable employment and career advancement within a growing organization
  • Ability to pass a pre-hire and random drug screens
  • Clean MVR and ability to operate a company vehicle
  • Ability to meet attendance schedule with punctuality, dependability and consistency
