Wind Turbine Technician

We are searching for a Wind Technician (Entry level) on behalf of our clients. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. There is no climbing, no field work, only working at a control center desk job dealing with solar ops.

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL

This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities

Position will execute all critical Renewable Operations Control Center processes, including, but not limited to:

• Plant Start-Up/Shutdown (Curtailment)

• Daily Work Management (troubleshooting and outage restoration)

• Energy Market Communications.

This position will have a strong emphasis on Solar and Energy Storage System experience, including, but not limited to:

• Remote inverter restoration

• Troubleshooting and diagnostics using SCADA and data historian.

Required Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Proficient in MS Office Suite; exposure to statistical tools and techniques.
