The Total Rewards Analyst position supports the Director of Total Rewards in EMEA utilizing employee data to improve and standardize business processes in the areas of benefits, health & insurance, and compensation. The TR Analyst is responsible for various data support and analysis related to WEC Total Rewards plans and policies and compliance with local legislation. While the primary focus will be on the EMEA region/projects, this role will also support the global Total Rewards team. NOTE: This job is NOT a Benefits Administration role but requires in-depth analytical and reporting expertise.

This is a US Remote role.

Your Day To Day

  • Conduct detailed analysis of compensation and benefits data. Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes with respect to Total Reward administration.
  • Identify the data requirements and data collection to allow necessary country specific reporting to the legislative bodies. Identify data trends to enable improved decision making with respect to legislation and Westinghouse goals. Prepare and deliver regular reports on specific compliance requirement.
  • Support Total Rewards leader to define equal pay transparency and gender reporting. Review Pay transparency directive specific to country legislation to identify and meet new data requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of country specific compensation and benefits regulations. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits reporting.
  • Review employee data submissions to various plan recordkeepers to identify anomalies and verify late notification processes undertaken by benefits administrators, and services providers.
  • Provide inputs for Data Mining projects within Total Rewards . Responsible for performing general analytics and statistical modelling of Total Rewards data .
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure accurate data reporting and compliance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation and benefits, employee reporting requirement.
  • May work independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

Who You Are

  • BA/BS in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or other related analytical degree
  • 3+ years of work experience in total rewards, or analysis role.
  • Total Rewards designation preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
  • In-depth knowledge of EMEA compensation and benefits regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Preferred experience with employee data reporting in a multi-national organization
  • Preferred familiarity with specific EMEA country regulations and requirements related to compensation, benefits and required employee data reporting
  • Well-developed communication skills, creativity, and independence
  • Proficiency with Advanced Excel, Power BI, Data Mining, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient with HRIS System, SAP, Alight, payroll, and pension systems
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
