Manager, Operational Technology Program & Compliance

This role will be accountable to execute an Operational Technology compliance strategy and program that will outline process and procedures to ensure Global Manufacturing (GMFG) will meet Global Financial Controls, Internal Audit and NIST-based standards. This person will create and then manage the GMFG OT compliance program, partner with site leads to ensure key control objectives are implemented and measure the organization on a monthly basis to ensure minimum control expectations are consistently followed. This person will have responsibility for managing the program globally across GMFG, reporting on testing schedule execution and reporting on organizational progress to the SVP, GMFG and the GMFG lead team. The role will review existing OT processes and define a framework for continuous improvement to measure current state and set future state improvement targets. Remote position with travel required.

Your day to day:

  • Accountable to execute Operational Technology compliance strategy for GMFG organization
  • Partner with site leads to identify, document, and assist with remediation of control deficiencies
  • Measure the organization on a monthly basis to ensure minimum control expectations are consistently followed by tracking compliance testing and self-assessment results
  • Evaluate control objectives for Operational Technology risk and assist in developing compensating controls where necessary for key areas
  • Define and implement continuous improvement model for Operational Technology processes by developing KPI’s for current state including evaluation of obsolescence risk and target improvement
  • Assess adequacy/efficiency of current OT processes and determine compliance with Global Financial Controls, Internal Audit and NIST-based standards
  • Act as single point of accountability for Global Financial Controls and internal audit for GMFG organization relating to the Operational Technology program.
  • Act as single point of accountability for external security questionnaires by coordinating answers and developing a centralized response

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • BS/BA in Information Systems or related field
  • 5 years of experience and background in OT in a manufacturing environment, associated compliance controls, and process improvement
  • Knowledge of OT infrastructure, applications, and process controls
  • Strong ability to communicate across wide audience of manufacturing professionals
  • Ability to define business processes and process improvement capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills
