Job Opportunity: Temporary Workers Needed for Solar Panel Removal Project in Labec, CA
We are hiring 10-15 temporary workers for a 6-week project. The project involves the removal of solar panels, with responsibilities including stacking, strapping, moving panels, and handling related materials.

Available Shifts:

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Requirements:

• Completion of a Retail Safety and Security PowerPoint presentation and signing of an acknowledgment form before accessing the site.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times.

Minimum PPE Requirements:

• Shirts with sleeves at least 3 inches long.
• Long trousers that fit properly.
• Safety toe footwear (ASTM F2413-18 I/C ratings).
• Eye protection (ANSI Z87.1 safety glasses with side shields).
• High-visibility vest/shirt (ANSI Class II).
• Gloves (ANSI Cut Proof Level 2) when handling broken panels or glass.
