tailored to their needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and
drive revenue growth in the United States market. The ideal candidate will have a proven
track record of exceeding sales targets, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the US market landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our
  • customer base in the US market.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the US sales team to maximize their potential and drive

performance excellence.

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to increase

market share and revenue.sales strategies and improve business outcomes.and customer support to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.brand awareness and generate leads.REQUIREMENTS:equivalent preferred.Solar Industry/Renewable Energylandscape.growth, and exceed sales targets.make informed decisions.

  • Increase business by generating Sales to Solar Installer
  • Market and on-board Solar Installer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously optimize
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development,
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or
  • Experience in B2B sales to Solar Installer is a plus
  • Proven track record of at least [3] years in sales management roles, preferably in the
  • Deep understanding of the US market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $61,851.53 – $74,487.87 per year
