Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Supervisor located in Elgin, IL. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing site construction, operations, site acquisition, and project management. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating and supervising field teams, ensuring project deadlines are met, conducting site inspections, managing resources and budgets, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site construction, operations, site acquisition, or project management
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and regulations
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
• At least five years telecom construction required.
• Must work well with others and be able to guide other team members towards success.
• Industry certifications (e.g., PMP, CCNA) are a plus
