Summary of Duties:
The primary function of this position is to serve as a Project Manager working closely with WSU user groups to identify project needs and manage expectations through the work of Consultants, Contractors, and WSU staff from project concept through final acceptance. Responsible for development and implementation of design concepts, including space planning and other items consistent with constructing and renovating facilities. Overseeing project budgets, procurement and management of both consultant and construction contracts projects using a variety of procurement methods, the purchase and installation of building systems. Provide project support for energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives.

In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
