Position: Solar Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Engage & Educate: Present and promote solar energy solutions to potential customers as an energy advisor.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction with our clean energy solutions.
  • Sales Mastery: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies and teamwork.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize solar energy sales approaches.
  • Lead Management: Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads efficiently in the renewable energy sector.
  • Canvassing & Door Knocking: Conduct door-to-door (D2D) canvassing to generate leads and close sales.
  • Closing Sales: Master the art of closing deals and securing customer commitments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales or lead generation, particularly in the clean energy industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective solar sales and consulting.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, ready to thrive in the renewable energy field.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field sales activities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience with door-to-door (D2D) sales and canvassing is a plus.
