What You Will Be Doing
  • Perform drafting work via AutoCAD (2D and 3D)
  • Provide material take-offs for bulk commodities from completed engineering documents.
  • Provide job specific instrument installation details using developed standard details as required and maintain documentation for files.
  • Maintain project files of previous revisions per ISO 9001 policies.
What You Need for this Position
  • AA in drafting or AS degree in Instrumentation / Industrial Automation or equivalent from a qualified technical school is required.
  • Previous experience as an Instrument and Controls Designer, with a minimum three years of industrial or power plant design experience or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of drafting and design standards and techniques in the area of electrical, mechanical, piping, structural or instrumentation drafting.
