Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote home office within commuting distance of Los Angeles, Pasadena, San Francisco, or San Diego

Salary Range: $77,750 92,750 per year

WHO YOU ARE

– An experienced project manager looking to manage all aspects of our clients projects from start to finish, focusing on year-over-year growth. This role includes a monthly billing target goal.

– You are committed to making a positive social and environmental impact on the world. You will be evaluated three times per year on your performance and progress in these areas.

– Excited to be a leader on the Verdical Group project management team. A coach, mentor, and technical advisor to staff, responsible for managing/planning associates tasks, project profitability, and the teams professional development.

– Youre a strong business writer and verbal communicator with great attention to detail and flawless follow-up skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 2+ years of direct project management experience, including supervising other team members.

– LEED BD+C and/or ID+C credential, with experience taking a project from kickoff to plaque.

– Expertise in green building rating systems and capability to independently run all aspects of a project, from kickoff to completion.

– Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite

– Strong data/information management skills, including ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, organize and correlate findings, and translate that information into client deliverables.

– Bachelors degree in architecture, environmental science, engineering, or related field

– Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a timely manner.

– Excellent organization skills, with a fastidious attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple demands.

– Ability to prioritize responsibilities under tight deadlines.

– Demonstrated interest in sustainability.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED)

– WELL AP credential

– Experience with WELL certification projects

– Experience with Envision, Living Building Challenge, and Fitwel.

– Experience with sustainability program management, LCAs, Envision, Declare, WELL, Fitwel, ESG, net zero, etc.

– Masters Degree in a related field

– Engaged and participated in local industry organizations.
