Responsibilities: As a Solar Canvasser, your day will be filled with

• Knocking on doors and opening conversations with homeowners, introducing the illuminating benefits of solar energy.
• Attending and standing out at numerous events, such as trade shows and town festivals where you will be applying and enhancing your networking skills.
• Using your charismatic, friendly demeanor to unlock the potential of our solar solutions for homeowners.
• Articulating the exciting advantages of solar power, including substantial savings and remarkable environmental impact that will make their decision a real ‘door-buster.’
• Setting appointments for homeowners to meet with our solar consultants, paving their pathway to a brighter future.
• Safely and professionally handling confidential documents from clients.
• Contributing to the continuous enhancement of our outreach and sales strategies, helping us unlock new territories.

Qualifications : Your qualifications will be the keys to your success

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively ‘sell at the doorstep.’
• Ability to work independently and as part of our radiant team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick-thinking abilities.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for the majority of the workday.
• Must possess a positive attitude and a strong motivation to meet and exceed targets.

Pay: $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
