Join L&S for an exciting role as a People and Finance Data & Planning Analyst in support of both Finance and Human Resource functions. Come be part of a team focused on implementing the Administrative Transformation Program (ATP) within L&S. This role is perfect for someone who is detail oriented, is a self-starter, takes initiative on projects, and has a passion for data analysis.
Under the general direction of the Associate Dean for Innovation and Strategic Budgeting, the People and Finance Data & Planning Analyst will work collaboratively with partners across the college and campus to perform the following key responsibilities:
Investigates, researches, gathers, analyzes, and summarizes institutional data in support of information and research needs for planning and policy-making decisions. Provides management information, data analyses, and policy reports to inform strategic planning, decision-making, and resource allocation at the school, college, or divisional level. Provides advice to, and performance management support for a school, college, or division’s leadership.

The typical starting salary for this position is $80,000 – $113,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Employees in this position can expect to receive benefits such as generous vacation, holidays and paid time off; competitive insurances and saving accounts; and retirement benefits.
