Solar Sales Specialist Hiring Now:

United Better Homes is seeking experienced Solar Sales Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential solar installations sales. They must possess excellent communication skills, be a highly motivated self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Solar Sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with local and state regulations related to solar installations.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate leads through door-to-door sales, networking, and referrals. Company-provided leads also available.
  • Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations to assess customer energy needs, explain solar advantages, and customize solutions.
  • Develop compelling presentations highlighting financial and environmental benefits of solar systems.
  • Provide accurate quotes considering system size, incentives, and financing options.
  • Educate customers on government incentives, rebates, and financing for solar projects.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts to secure solar system sales.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technologies to effectively promote solar solutions.
  • Ensure timely completion of paperwork, contracts, and permits.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions for analysis.
