Responsibilities:


  • Engage with Warm Leads
    : Quickly respond to inquiries generated by our marketing and Field Marketing Teamno cold calling required.


  • Discover Client Needs
    : Conduct in-depth conversations to identify customer pain points and goals, ensuring tailored solutions.

  • Present Tailored Solutions
    : Offer customized presentations that align with the client’s objectives and address their specific needs.

  • Close Sales
    : Overcome objections and negotiate terms to successfully close deals, contributing to your and the companys success.

  • Maintain CRM Accuracy
    : Keep our CRM updated with detailed and accurate information from all interactions.

  • Deliver Effective Demos
    : Highlight key product features in demonstrations and address any concerns to move the sales process forward.

Required Qualifications:


  • Proven Sales Experience
    : Demonstrated success in inside sales roles


  • Track Record of Success
    : Consistently meets or exceeds sales quotas, showcasing your ability to drive results in a competitive environment.

  • Client-Focused Presence

  • Technical Proficiency
    : Comfortable using CRM systems and video conferencing tools to manage client interactions and sales processes effectively.

  • Communication Skills
    : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for articulating the benefits of our products and services to clients.

  • Reliable Transportation
    : Must have your own vehicle to travel to client meetings and job sites.

  • Tech-Savvy
    : Possess a cell phone with a data plan for staying connected and responsive to client needs and team communications.

  • Effective Listener and Presenter
    : Strong listening skills and the ability to deliver compelling presentations that address client needs and highlight the value of our offerings.

  • Time Management
