Position Overview:

A dynamic and visionary Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in shaping the future UNIGRID. You will be a strategic partner to the CEO, the senior leadership and department heads. You will be responsible for focusing the business on what matters most. This is a fast-paced role that requires you to touch all aspects of the company, synchronizing different departments and individuals around core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an extension of the executive team, improving their ability to track and manage everything that’s happening in the business, from day-to-day operations to long term strategic initiatives. This includes managing projects and engagements, establishing milestones, OKRs, KPIs, and documenting progress towards company goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients
  • As a proxy for the executive team, set the tone for what working at UNIGRID is like. Be a culture carrier, represent us externally, help level up our operations infrastructure.

Key Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related engineering field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a deep tech or technology-driven company.
  • Proven success in a project coordination role and a good understanding of business operations, corporate development and strategy.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to synthesize actions, prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.

Benefits:
