*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and associated systems in residential and commercial settings. *Duties* – Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures according to engineering specifications – Assemble and install racking systems, modules, and inverters – Connect solar panels to electrical wiring systems – Test installed systems to ensure proper functioning – Perform routine maintenance on solar energy systems – Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times *Qualifications* – Experience in plumbing or as a commercial electrician is preferred – Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation – Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and understand NEC codes – Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems – Familiarity with blueprint reading for solar installations
