Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans with timelines and deadlines.
- Coordinate between clients, project managers, and the installation team.
- Allocate resources like labor, materials, and equipment.
- Assist with permits and maintain project documentation.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates.
- Identify and solve project issues.
- Ensure quality control and conduct site inspections.
- Provide customer support throughout the project.
- Monitor project expenses and keep within budget.
- Coordinate follow-up actions after project completion.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Office software or similar such as google docs/ sheets and project management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
