PRIMARY FUNCTION

The DCC Technician will be responsible for the daily document management and record-keeping. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate storage, updating, issuance and distribution of all documents ensuring they meet company standards and requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, organize, archive, and store all documents and records within the company.
  • Ensure document version control and updates to prevent the use of outdated or incorrect documents.
  • Maintain the document management system to ensure quick retrieval and easy access to documents.
  • Distribute relevant documents to designated personnel according to departmental and project needs.
  • Maintain records of document distribution to ensure traceability during the document transfer process.
  • Maintain records of customer complaints and follow up to ensure they are effectively closed.
  • Maintain records of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and follow up to ensure they are effectively closed.
  • Monitor the status of MRB production and compile the results.
  • Assist in the review and approval process of documents to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Regularly check and summarize the status of the documents to ensure they are up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and relevant works required for external audits and inspections to ensure the compliance.
  • Other tasks provided by Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED minimum
  • At least 1 year of previous QA/QC experience in quality, manufacturing or other related fields. (Previous experience in solar manufacturing a plus but not required).
  • Proficient in using computer office software. (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • Familiarity with SOPs, standards.
  • Team oriented with the ability to effectively work within a team.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
