About the Job

The role of the Corporate Training Specialist is vital for the success of the Talent Development team. Under the direction of the Talent Development Manager, you will oversee the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS). You will ensure that the enrollment and record keeping of Corporate and HR compliance training is accurate and up to date to meet regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience, is enthusiastic about Renewable Energy, and can work in a highly cross-functional and collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities will include creating monthly learning metric reports that show how employees are engaging with the learning programs and resources, so that the team can continuously improve them. You will also help with the onboarding program by doing scheduled surveys to make the employee experience better.


What youll be doing

  • LMS Administration and support (monthly completion reporting, session schedules, and participant enrollment).
  • Digital Tool Management: managing import/export of learning programs from external content providers to improve the catalog of courses available within our LMS.
  • Maintaining the department SharePoint site, updating with the various learning themes, and supporting ongoing learning programs.
  • Minor training logistical support for in-person programs/workshops (setting up training, printing participant materials, ordering lunches).
  • Employee engagement surveys related to learning programs. Ensuring regular maintenance, delivery & analysis of surveys using Microsoft Forms.
  • May include domestic travel, as needed


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in related business field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Learning Management System and/or comparable database administration experience.
  • Training administration experience is required.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office application, including the LMS365 integration
  • Enthusiasm for the Renewable Energy industry

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. Additional discretionary incentive may be available. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) plan and flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms.
