The National Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting strategies and tactics to effectively acquire, manage, and profitably grow sales revenue for identified accounts by supporting Trane offices sales team, growing client relationships at leadership levels, and pursuing new accounts. .
Thrive at work and at home:
This is a Remote position.
- Leverage relationships for introductions to Trane prospects and leadership of existing Trane accounts where necessary
- Expand Trane offerings within GPOs to Energy Services provider privilege, T&Cs with equipment, controls, service, and turnkey, Asset Management (Nuvolo), Digital Services Portfolio
- Educate regions on GPO members in their areas to grow/expand Trane business
- Work with Trane regions to provide accurate purchase information to Trane Business Analyst
- Work with Trane Business Analyst to provide accurate spend reporting to GPOs
- Lead RFI/RFP responses with input from National Strategic Account Executive and regions (where applicable)
- Conduct Bi-Annual business review with each GPO review
- Lead contract renewals with assistance from Business Analyst, HCVMSL, and others
Demonstrated Attributes/Skills:
- Ability to influence others (internal and external) who are not direct reports to achieve desired outcomes
- Ability to manage pipeline and time effectively. Know when/where to invest and when to defer
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive program specifics, issues, and goals through external and internal partnerships
- Experience making presentations and selling to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven Strategic/C-Level Selling in Healthcare
- Sustainability and decarbonization knowledge
- Four-year BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience
- 7-10 years commercial experience required
- HVAC industry sales, service and/or marketing experience is a plus
- HVAC experience working for or with large national service provider(s) preferred
- Experience managing program development and administration
- Experience in strategic/national account management preferred

Base Pay Range: Base Salary: Starts at $140,000 and up based on experience and will include an incentive.
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
