Master Electrician

Responsibilities

Oversee the installation of solar power systems, ensuring compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Coordinate with project managers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify that installations meet company standards and electrical code requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during installations or maintenance.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electrical teams on site.

Stay up to date with the latest industry standards, electrical codes, and best practices.

Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of electrical equipment and tools.

Requirements

Valid Master Electrical License for VT or NH

Proven experience as a Master Electrician in the solar industry or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
