Job Description

This position is responsible for coordinating high-level customer service to Tim OBrien Homes customers. Providing administrative support for our Customer Service Specialists and Production Team Members.

Compensation:

$45,000 – $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all customer communications, including After Close Phone Call, Welcome Letter, 60-Day Warranty, and 11-Month Warranty occur in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by working to deliver a quality warranty experience on a timely basis, according to Tim OBrien Homes policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating emergency warranty service, when required, to all homebuyers within 24 hours maintaining proper documentation.
  • Participate as an active member of the Customer Care and Production department team, attending all department meetings and providing input on improving department performance and customer satisfaction to the Customer Care Manager.
  • Thoroughly understand all sections of and components of the TOH warranty program and all vendor warranty programs.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date warranty schedule using current TOH software and technology.
  • Communicate any critical and recurring warranty issues to the Production and Customer Care Manager
  • Maintain all job files as it relates to customer sign-offs and other pertinent warranty documents.
  • Create Pre-Closing Kits.
  • Upload documents and information into current TOH database.
  • Perform Customer Care filing and tracking.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimal travel required to various jobsites in both divisions. Employee must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid drivers license with insurance coverage.
  • Must be able to sit 6-8 hours a day.
