The Role Join our Americas Sales & Account Management teams as an Associate Account Manager! Be the key contact for several key accounts, managing serviced office transactions and ensuring client satisfaction.

You’ll gain a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and needs to deliver tailored flex solutions, fostering strong relationships that drive transaction revenue and enhance NPS scores.

What will you be doing?

  • Proactively manage day-to-day client issues and requests, maintaining the client relationship and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaboratively ensure the successful delivery of contracts or services, and their successful extension/renewal.
  • Work with the Client Account Team to put together Quarterly Business Reviews and Account Plans.
  • Lead & participate in Client review meetings and work alongside the Instant global team as required on specific key client pitches.
  • Research and make recommendations on market conditions, operators, and financials.
  • Assist in managing critical data activity for client flex portfolios through technologies and trackers across a global portfolio to ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Work with our business insights team to evaluate flex market data to present to clients and prospective clients.
  • Manage Operator communications to ensure all information is received and understood to client specifications.
  • Conduct tour arrangements including route planning, tour schedule, calendar invites, briefing operators as needed.

  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients
  • Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
