Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to increase market share for energy storage products locally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including major installers, distributors, and end-users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends within the local energy storage sector.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align on strategies and leverage their support for market development.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on market needs and customer input.
  • Monitor local energy storage regulations and policies, advising on compliance and strategic adjustments.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy storage or renewable energy sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Candidates with experience in project financing are highly valued.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to various stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
