The Energy Services team at Cadmus assists utility clients in quantifying the performance of demand-side management programs, providing actionable insights through engineering studies, analysis, and research, conducting market research, and providing other relevant technical expertise on a variety of clean energy technologies. Associates will be responsible for managing projects, executing research tasks, analyzing the results of market research, and creating written reports on the findings and will support senior staff in the development of proposals to secure future work.
Cadmus is looking for an analytical individual who balances strong technical and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate is a problem solver and an analytical leader comfortable working closely with clients to find the right solution. They will have several years of experience in the energy industry and expertise in managing complex projects for clients. They will be able to work collaboratively, manage assigned tasks and projects from start to finish with support from an internal team.
Associates should have a broad professional experience in the energy industry, with a strong engineering foundation. They should also be highly motivated to perform and learn, be able to work collaboratively and independently, manage assigned tasks and projects from start to finish with minimal input from supervisors, and have exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills. We are looking for candidates with strong research skills who have demonstrated a commitment to decarbonization and energy justice– the right to accessible and affordable energy services for at-risk populations or underserved communities. The ideal candidate will support Cadmus in offering client solutions that keep equity at the center of clean energy transformation.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.
Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.
The minimum starting salary for this position is $85,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
