Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Solar Energy Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, educating them on the benefits of solar energy, and facilitating the adoption of our solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Reach out to residential and commercial clients to understand their energy needs.
• Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems to potential customers.
• Provide accurate and transparent information about the cost, savings, and environmental impact of solar installations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver customized proposals.
• Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and events.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of solar energy systems and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local regulations and incentives related to solar energy is a plus.

Pay: $5,263.79 – $8,976.00 per month
