Duties:
– Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment, including robotics technology
– Collect and analyze survey data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports
– Utilize ArcGIS and GIS software to input, manage, and analyze survey data
– Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate survey measurements for building projects
– Assist in the development of land boundaries and legal descriptions
– Conduct research to gather relevant information for survey projects
– Prepare and maintain accurate records of survey data, including field notes and sketches
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role
– Proficiency in using robotics technology for land surveys
– Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate survey data accurately
– Knowledge of ArcGIS and GIS software for data management and analysis
– Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and land surveying standards
– Excellent mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in surveying work
– Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
