Job Overview
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting a variety of reporting, analytical, system, and CRM SFDC activities within the Sensors Sales Operations department.
KEY Responsibilities
- Support a variety of CRM initiatives including opportunity management and call center tracking within the Sensors instance of Sales Force.Com (SFDC).
- Assist with SFDC pipeline review meetings as it relates to data pulls, PowerPoint presentations, and facilitating meetings.
- Create informative and actionable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide detailed analysis for Sensor Key Performance Indicators, proactively identifying root causes of KPI changes.
- Solve ad-hoc reporting requests from sales, orders, margin, forecasts and backlog as requested by colleagues in Sales, Product Management, Finance and other functional areas within Sensors.
- Design and maintain dashboards for Sales, Product management, and Executive Leadership using Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
- Provide training and support for reporting and business intelligence tools.
Qualifications And Experience

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, IT or Finance
- Employment Experience: 5+ Years
- Ability to translates business questions to analytical solutions and insights
- Sales Force.Com (SFDC) experience a must
- Prior experience using SFDC Korn Ferry Add-in a plus
- Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in all MS Office software
- Knowledge of data visualization principles a must
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Effective communication skills and fluency in the English language
- Diligent and meets critical deadlines set forth by leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with analytics tools such as SAP Business Objects, Tableau, SQL
- Prior experience with E-Commerce a plus

Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $63,360-$95,040 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
