This Client has an opportunity to join their Boston-based US Talent Acquisition Team and below are the details.
Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Status: Contract
Location: Boston, MA
Rate: $35/hr
Duration: Through End of Year (potential for extension)
- This role can be hybrid. Minimum of 2 days in office (probably 3 to start)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Key Tasks
- Create and maintain recruitment database for all recruitment searches, to ensure a streamlined hiring procedure.
- Create hiring best practices that eliminate unconscious bias and train hiring managers to recruit from diverse backgrounds.
- Stay up to date on current market trends in recruitment and industry hiring best practices.
Deliverables
- Deliver an efficient and effective partnering support for all Hiring Managers in 2nd Stage Interviews. Support the delivery of feedback from interview testing and deliver support to structure interviews in the best possible way.
- Foster and maintain relationships between the company and external vendors for recruitment, internships, training, and pre-employment procedures.
- Manage internships and rotational programs where required.
- Support onboarding process to ensure all new hires have the tools they need to grow and prosper in their new roles

- Management across Client in context “advanced” search assignments
- P&D in TPAP activities
DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION/ROLE
- Participate in behavioral interviews and sparring sessions for entry and mid-level candidates to determine top tier talent for the current location/function supported.
- Work with HRBPs and Talent Pipeline Managers to identify and coordinate internal talent mobility.
- Continually challenge the established processes to ensure best-in-class talent acquisition practices are adopted and supported in location and functions supported.

- “Smooth” external search supplier activities ensured with enhanced relations, process and solutions

- Team members value-add contribution in relevant projects, e.g. events participations, D&I and other.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with supporting major capital projects within a multicultural and complex organization is a plus
- 2 years experience in Recruitment or related HR field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal reasoning skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and procedures.
- A learner’s mindset.
Physical Requirements:
The Project Developer may be required to endure the following physical activities, environmental conditions, and physical demands, such as:
- Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods,
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another,
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions,
- Repeating motions that many include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, and
- May need to climb terrain, drive vehicles, and/or walk long distances outdoors.
