What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimization
• Mentor and coach scrum teams on user story sizing and acceptance criteria definition
• Lead sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, while removing impediments to ensure team productivity
• Build a trusting environment where team members can raise issues without fear of blame

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• First level Certified Scrum Master or other relevant Agile project management certifications (CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, with 5-8 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects in high-tech development environments with Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of software delivery techniques associated with new technology implementation (i.e., DevOps)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Business Analyst capabilities
• Experience leading teams within a SAFe Agile environment
• Second level Scrum Master certification (PSM II, CSP)
• Experience with large-scale Agile transformation and organizational change efforts
• Familiarity with the Prosci ADKAR model
