Join Sunwise USA, a leader in renewable energy, as an Experienced Solar Installer. Lead our dynamic team in the heart of Pittsburgh to revolutionize residential solar installations. This role is perfect for those passionate about green energy and skilled in hands-on technical work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of 1-2 entry-level installers.
- Manage full lifecycle of residential rooftop solar installations, from initial setup to final commissioning.
- Expertise in working with Enphase micro-inverters.
- Ensure all installations meet high standards of safety and quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in rooftop solar installation and system commissioning.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
- Commitment to excellence and a passion for renewable energy.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driving license and ability to safely operate company vehicles.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and provide outstanding service.

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
