Our work environment includes:
$2500 Monthly salary plus commission!
Responsibilities:
– Conduct door-to-door sales to promote and sell solar energy products and services
– Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers to generate leads and close sales
– Provide information and educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the company’s products
– Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of installing solar panels
– Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
– Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
Experience:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy sales or outside sales
– Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
– Fluency in Spanish and/or other languages is a plus, as this role may require interaction with multilingual customers
– Leadership skills to effectively manage a team of sales representatives, if applicable
– Bilingual candidates are highly desired
Software:
– Proficiency in using software tools for customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tracking
