This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join a fast-paced and innovative company and contribute to our continued growth. **Responsibilities** Manage a defined territory and develop a sales strategy to achieve monthly sales targets. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and research. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services and effectively communicate their value to potential customers. Analyze market trends and identify areas of growth to optimize sales efforts. Utilize technical skills to sell complex software solutions to both existing and new customers. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and stay informed about new sales strategies and techniques. Fluency in Spanish is an asset for communicating with Spanish-speaking clients. **Experience** Proven experience in territory sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong background in technical sales, with a focus on software solutions. Direct sales experience with a focus on building long-term customer relationships. Experience in market analysis and competitive research. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of the technology sales landscape and the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $102,233.00 – $119,113.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 50 per week
