Position Overview: The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and success of the branch, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and sustained growth. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of professionals to achieve branch goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Implement and maintain efficient processes to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of financial forecasts and business plans.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Implement and promote a culture of safety within the branch.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to address compliance requirements.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare regular reports on branch performance, market trends, and potential opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the solar industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of solar products, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
