We are looking for a self starter who is motivated and can get on roofs with crews to train them and then manage them. We look for former crew leads that pay attention to detail and have good time management and communication skills.
This position is semi remote but will require you to travel on a monthly basis.
Managing KPI trends
Managing installs from the time they are scheduled until the customer receives PTO
Prior solar experience is a plus but not absolutely required.

Pay: $67,470.00 – $95,000.00 per year
