Role Overview:

As an Entry Level Sales Representative at Sunburst Solar, you will be responsible for:

• Generating leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Conducting thorough consultations with potential clients to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
• Presenting proposals and pricing options to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Work closely with our senior sales team to learn best practices and improve sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update customer information in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• No prior experience in sales is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in the role.
• Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
