Role Overview:

We’re partnering with a leading company in the renewable energy sector, who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales.

Our client over a very unique Energy Management System along with several exciting Home Energy Solutions.

This role will report Directly into C-Suite & will be responsible for managing 7-9 regional sales managers who will be selling through distributors & installers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to surpass sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling sales and marketing materials.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, fostering professional relationships and promoting the benefits of sustainable living.
  • Ensure a seamless integration of sales, customer service, and installation processes for an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years in sales, with a strong background in the renewable energy industry.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing sales teams.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • A deep commitment to sustainability and renewable energy.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client and industry engagements.
