This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager/Executive to join a leading company in the battery technology sector. You will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships across multiple applications, including electric vehicles, wearables, power tools, residential energy storage systems, and industrial uses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Drive sales strategies to promote our battery technology products in various markets including EVs, wearables, power tools, residential, and industrial sectors.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Electronics or Engineering.
• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in sales of a tech-related product.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in sales and business development.
