Summary Objective
As a member of the technical staff, the Quality Document Control Clerk is responsible to control and monitor project related information, development of document distribution, information collection, numbering, recording, sort and searching system based on requirement of project. The Quality Document Control Clerk provides information management support and coordination to the project manager, suppliers, quality, manufacturing, and clients to ensure proper communication for all parties.
Essential Functions
- Undertake document control work independently.
- Assist the Quality Director/Manager in maintaining proper document control system.
- Assist to control and manage information for project, including:
- Assist in the execution of project information collection and distribution procedure.
- Monitor and track the information flow, progress, and report the progress.
- Assist and coordinate with manufacturing team and suppliers for information management.
- Control information based on Stellar Energy procedures and requirements from projects and clients.
- Accomplish tasks in accordance with the company procedures, specifications, standards, and any project specific addenda.
- Maintain good interface with other disciplines.

Work Location
This position will work out of our Manufacturing Facility in Jacksonville, FL.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Travel
No travel required for this position.
Required Education and Experience.
- Adequate experience and technical background for information management control, familiar with the universal procedure of information management control and cooperation with other disciplines.
- Familiar with information management delivery list and content.
- Familiar with prevailing software applications, such as MS Office suite.
- At least 3 years multi-project work experience, at least 1 year of information management control work experience.
- Adequate experience for coordination with other disciplines, familiar with the scope of work split with relevant disciplines.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Knowledge of managing document control systems per ISO 9001:2015.
