Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Solar Outreach Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outreach initiatives to promote our solar energy solutions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future without the need for door knocking or cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach campaigns to inform and educate your network about the advantages of solar energy.
- Promote our referral program and encourage referrals from satisfied customers.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for interested individuals seeking solar consultations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills with a personable and engaging demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

- Teachable and coachable follow proven systems.
- High energy, integrity, and motivation.
- Highly motivated by money and personal growth.
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid Driver’s License
