Standard Renewable specializes in providing utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) on a turnkey basis. We offer projects of different sizes and configurations, ranging from 20 MW to 2 GW. Our services cater to various regions including North America, the EU, and several Asian countries.
We are looking to build and expand our teams in multiple regions throughout the state.
The ideal candidate will have a proven history of exceeding sales targets and a strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Job description:
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals. Analyzing market opportunities, identifying target segments
- Build and manage sales team, Ability to set goals, delegate tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Implement tools, KPI to measure growth and profitability across aftermarket product lines
- Set sales targets and quotas, track progress, and provide regular Forecasts and reports to upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Dynamic and results-oriented
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Broad knowledge of the industry, Renewable energy industry experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
