Are you a passionate and motivated solar project developer looking to join a long-term owner & operator or renewable energy assets? Do you pride yourself on your ability to quarterback solar projects from when a lease or purchase option has been signed, through to NTP?

If so, this IPP could be the ideal next company for you. Based in either New York or Illinois, you will be part of a world-class development team responsible for coordinating with Permitting, Environmental, Land, Title, Design, Finance, Accounting, and many more key players in the development and execution of solar projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Research and intelligence – you will be leading the research on policies, incentives and subsidies ensuring that this IPP has the best possible chance of delivering successful projects. You will also be managing the project schedules and launching regulatory stakeholder engagement.
• Permitting – You will be completing and submitting permitting application.
• Community / Landowner relations – You will represent the company with landowners and attend landowner and community town halls.

In order to be successful, you will need:

• 1 to 3 years experience in project development (preferably in renewable energy).
• Direct experience working with utilities and ISOs/ RTOs
• Ability to work independently
