Solrite is uniquely positioned in the renewable electricity space. Solrite partners with utility companies to give homeowners free back up power to protect against brownouts. Homeowners switch to a Solrite approved utility provider and receive whole home battery back up that is paid for by the utility at no cost. The most often approved utility plan that Solrite uses is Shell. Homeowners get an all in cost for electricity of .12 cents per kwh and battery storage- an offering that is revolutionary and currently has no rival! We are looking for the right people to join our team to accelerate the growth of this product specifically in the DFW market. As a Sales advisor, youll have the opportunity to offer customers a revolutionary product that customers havent seen before. You will play a key role in driving our company’s growth by identifying and closing new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of Solrites offering, providing customized solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide tailored solar energy solutions.
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of our virtual power plants, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
  • Manage and track sales activities using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
