Overview:
The Sales Representative will report to the Director of Sales and will have a main objective of closing solar contracts for residential properties in DC neighborhoods. Sales rep will be receiving company generated leads, but also responsible for generating leads for a higher commission rate. They will provide home owners with solar proposals to educate them on the advantages of going solar. Due to the Districts excellent solar incentives and free solar programs, Solar Solution provides homeowners with 100% FREE SOLAR SYSTEMS. Performance will be measured volume in sales per month. Monthly goals will be established. Base salary is $1,000 biweekly for an annual salary of $26,000, plus uncapped commission on sales. Easy potential to make over $120k annually if monthly goals are reached.

Expectations:
Experience in sales of a minimum of two years.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferable knowledge of solar PV.
Positive, hardworking attitude.
Strong work ethic and motivation to be the best.
Goal Oriented.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Have a drivers license
Have a vehicle to go to site visits.

Qualifications:
Must have computer basic computer skills and experience with MS Outlook.
Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills.
Ability to work independently with solid time-management and organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
