Job Overview:

Dynasty is seeking a dedicated and reliable Permit Runner to join our team. The Permit Runner will be responsible for obtaining, submitting, and delivering permits for solar projects both in person and online. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of local permit requirements, and the ability to work efficiently with municipal agencies. Experience in the solar industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

– Obtain necessary permits for solar projects by coordinating with local government offices and agencies.

– Review permit requirements and ensure that all applications are complete and accurate before submission.

– Submit permits both in person and online through appropriate municipal portals.

– Deliver completed permits to project managers and teams in a timely manner.

– Maintain strong relationships with municipal authorities and stay informed about local regulations and changes.

– Troubleshoot any delays or issues in the permitting process and communicate status updates to the team.

– Organize and manage permit documentation and records.

– Provide support to project teams to ensure compliance with all regulations and deadlines.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

– Strong organizational and time management skills.

– Ability to interact professionally with government personnel and project teams.

– Excellent communication skills.

– Familiarity with online permitting systems is preferred.

– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

– Solar industry experience is preferred.

– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
