Solar Appointment Setter and Closer Position:
Join Solaria as an Appointment Setter and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing homeowners energy solutions. Youll guide them from expensive, polluting power to clean, sustainable solar energy. Your key responsibilities include:
- Generating homeowner leads through strategic cold calling, remote appointment setting, and facilitating in-home consultations.
- Closing high-value contracts ranging from $150k to $350k, driving significant change in the energy landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Engage through calls, emails, texts, and diverse communication channels to assess the authenticity and potential of leads, ensuring their suitability for solar energy solutions.
- Set appointments with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain unwavering integrity in all interactions, providing homeowners with compassionate service.
- Adopt a disciplined, sports-like mentality in sales and solar endeavors, continuously honing your skills through rigorous practice to achieve professional excellence.
- Execute deal closings (appointments) efficiently and precisely, adhering to company standards and industry best practices.
Compensation:
- Uncapped Commission + Sit Bonus
- Weekly Pay + Front Ends
- Performance bonuses for top producers
- Potential for a six-figure annual income based on performance, with results varying by individual effort.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $190,000.00 per year
