Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be a vital part of our team, presenting our solar products and services directly to customers in their homes. If you enjoy face-to-face interactions and working in the field, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop self-generated sales strategies.
- Deliver top-notch customer sales experiences from initial contact to post-installation.
- Conduct in-home sales presentations and build long-lasting relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
- Accurately report outcomes using our CRM tool.
- Meet sales targets set by leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales or lead generation experience (preferred).
- Must be 21+ and have a valid drivers license.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to travel locally as needed.
- Comfortable with technology (CRM experience is a plus).
